1. SERVICEABLE AREAS
We currently ship across all locations within India.
At present, we do not offer international shipping.
2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day
Note:
Processing time is separate from delivery time.
3. DELIVERY TIMELINE
- Estimated delivery time: 5–7 working days from dispatch
- Delivery timelines may vary based on:
- Location (metro / non-metro / remote areas)
- Courier partner operations

Delivery timelines are indicative and not guaranteed.
4. SHIPPING PARTNERS
We work with reliable logistics providers including:
- Delhivery
- DTDC
- Blue Dart
- Other reputed courier partners
Courier selection is based on service availability and delivery efficiency.
5. SHIPPING CHARGES
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout
- Any promotional free shipping offers will be communicated on the website
Non-refundable:
Shipping charges and COD charges (if any) are non-refundable
6. ORDER TRACKING
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID/link via SMS/email
- Customers are responsible for tracking their shipments using the provided details
7. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
- Courier partners will typically make 2–3 delivery attempts
- If the customer is unavailable, the package may be:
- Returned to origin (RTO)
- Marked as undeliverable
Important:
Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.
8. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Customers must ensure:
- Accurate and complete shipping address
- Correct contact number
- Availability at the time of delivery
We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
9. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
- COD is available for eligible orders
- Customers must ensure they are available to accept COD orders
Misuse Policy:
- Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in:
- Restriction of COD option
- Order cancellations
- Account blacklisting
10. DELAYS & FORCE MAJEURE
Delivery may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
- Weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Transport disruptions
- Government restrictions
- Courier service issues
In such cases, we shall not be held liable for delays.
11. DAMAGED OR TAMPERED PACKAGES
If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered:
- Record an unboxing video immediately
- Do not discard packaging
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Claims will be handled as per our Refund Policy.
12. LOST OR UNDELIVERED SHIPMENTS
- If a shipment is lost in transit, we will coordinate with the courier partner
- Resolution (replacement/refund) will be provided only after confirmation from the courier
We are not responsible for delays in courier investigations.
13. RETURN TO ORIGIN (RTO)
Orders may be returned to us due to:
- Customer unavailability
- Incorrect address
- Refusal to accept delivery
In such cases:
- Re-delivery may be attempted at additional cost
- Refunds (if applicable) will exclude shipping charges
14. PARTIAL DELIVERIES
In rare cases, orders may be delivered in multiple shipments depending on availability.
