1. NATURE OF PRODUCTS
All products sold by Sayjot Masale are food items, including masalas, spices, pickles, and condiments.
Due to their perishable and consumable nature, these products are handled under strict hygiene and safety standards.
2. NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS
All products sold on our website are strictly non-returnable.
We do not accept returns under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Taste preferences or expectations
- Ordering the wrong product
- Personal dislike of flavor, aroma, or texture
- Minor variations in color or packaging
This policy is in line with standard industry practices for food and consumable goods.
3. EXCEPTIONS (NO PHYSICAL RETURN REQUIRED)
While returns are not accepted, we may offer refund or replacement (without requiring product return) under the following conditions:
a) Damaged Product
- Product received is broken, leaking, or visibly damaged
b) Incorrect Product Delivered
- Item delivered does not match the order placed
4. MANDATORY PROOF FOR CLAIMS
To be eligible for any resolution, customers must provide:
- Unboxing video (mandatory) showing sealed package opening
- Clear photos of:
- Outer packaging
- Shipping label
- Product received
Important:
- Claims without unboxing video will be rejected
- Video must be continuous and unedited
5. CLAIM TIMEFRAME
- All claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- Requests made after this period will not be considered
6. INSPECTION & APPROVAL
- All claims are subject to internal review
- We reserve the right to:
- Approve or reject claims
- Request additional information
The decision of Sayjot Masale shall be final and binding
7. NO PRODUCT PICK-UP
As products are non-returnable:
- We do not arrange reverse pickup
- Customers are not required to send products back
8. NON-ELIGIBLE CASES
We do not accept returns or claims in the following situations:
- Product opened, used, or consumed
- Incorrect shipping details provided
- Delivery failed due to customer unavailability
- Minor packaging damage not affecting product quality
- Natural variation in taste, aroma, or appearance
- Claims raised without proper proof
- Claims raised after 48 hours
9. SHIPPING & HANDLING DISCLAIMER
Once an order is handed over to the courier partner, Sayjot Masale is not responsible for:
- Transit delays
- External damages caused during logistics (subject to proof-based claims only)
10. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are advised to:
- Carefully review product details before purchase
- Ensure correct address and contact information
- Record unboxing video at the time of delivery
